How do I determine my correct Meermin size?
Most of our shoes are listed in UK sizing. Generally, your UK size is one full size down from your US size (e.g., a US 10 is a UK 9). We recommend checking the specific last measurements on each product page for the most accurate fit.
What is the break-in period for your footwear?
Because we use high-quality, full-grain leathers and traditional Goodyear Welt construction, our shoes may feel stiff initially. Expect a break-in period of 5 to 10 wears for the leather to soften and conform to your foot shape.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, brand-new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can Meermin shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Our shoes feature Goodyear Welt or Stitchdown construction, which allows them to be resoled multiple times by any skilled cobbler, significantly extending the lifespan of your footwear.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Clean and condition the leather every 4-6 weeks with high-quality creams and waxes to prevent drying and cracking.
