We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meermin shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure footwear is only tried on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the outsoles.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of the shipping carton, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
